Every fee takes the same path.
pump.fun enforces the split itself: a coin's fee-sharing config can be set once and never changed. The dashed steps, buying the floor and releasing the NFT, are run by the floorsweep keeper in public.

Fees go to a fee-sharing config
Every coin on floorsweep uses pump.fun’s own fee sharing. The coin’s creator fees stop going to a wallet and go to its sharing config instead.

The config pays 80% to the sweep vault and 20% to the treasury. pump.fun only lets a split be set once, so nobody can change it later: not the creator, not floorsweep.

Anyone can distribute
Distribution is permissionless. Anyone can push a coin’s accrued fees out to the vault and treasury, from the coin’s page or on chain.
